StudyMate is a UK-registered student advisory and recruitment company, headquartered in Alfreton, England. We specialise in guiding EU nationals already living and working in the UK toward the higher education pathways that match their ambitions — whether that is a Foundation Year, an HND, an undergraduate degree or a postgraduate qualification.
We launched with a clear mission: to close the gap between motivated EU-resident students and the UK institutions best placed to serve them. Too many capable people put their education on hold simply because the process felt unclear. We're here to change that.
Our approach is built on three pillars — genuine human advisory, careful course matching, and a standard of care that puts the student first, every time.

StudyMate is led by Iuliana Râpeș — a Master's graduate in Management from Coventry University — who personally oversees each student case, ensuring quality of advice remains the non-negotiable standard.
